Dear Chief Judge Hawkens,
Judge Baratta, and Judge Arnold:
It has come to our attention that the following minor errors exist in the Reply Brief of Petitioner Friends of the Earth, filed February 13, 2013. They are as follows:
- 1. On page 1, line 1 should read November 8, 2012 not January 30, 2013;
- 2. On page 25, footnote 104 should refer to ¶ 6.3, not ¶ 5.3;
- 3. On page 25, footnote 105 should refer to ¶ 6.2, not ¶ 5.2;
- 4. On page 26, footnote 110 should read 2d Large Affidavit at ¶ 7.1;
- 5. On page 26, footnote 111 should refer to ¶ 7.8, not ¶ 6.8;
- 6. On page 26, footnote 112 should refer to ¶ 8.1, not ¶ 7.1;
- 7. On page 26, footnote 113 should refer to ¶ 9.1-9.2, not ¶ 8.1-8.2; and
- 8. On page 26, the beginning of the last line should read SCE not the Staff.
Petitioner Friends of the Earth will file a corrected Reply Brief implementing these changes in the public docket when it files the public version of John Larges 2d Affidavit. Our apologies to the Board for any inconvenience these small errors may have caused.
