Subject:
San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant To whom it may concern: I am requesting that you not give permission to re-start the troubled San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant. The people of southern California deserve a safe environment with safe power sources.
This plant has one of the worst track records for maintaining a safe plant. We have a situation here were perfection is demanded on the part of very fallible humans. This source of power, in my opinion, is too overpowering for humans to keep under control. We also have the forces of nature that have become more severe as each year rolls by---a major threat to the safety of nuclear power plants.
Again, please don't allow San Onofre to re-open. Sincerely, Carl J. Nigro 1.
