Accession No. ML12275A013), Entergy Operations, Inc (Entergy, the licensee) submitted Entergy Letter CNRO-12-00005, Application for Order Approving Transfers fo Licenses and Conforming License and ESP Amendments. In this letter, Entergy submitted a request to the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to issue an Order approving the transfers of control of the Facility Operating Licenses for Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2, Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, River Bend Station Unit 1, and Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station.

The NRC staff has determined that additional information (see attached) is needed to complete our review.

This attached request for additional information was discussed with Mr. Guy Davant of your staff on January 23, 2013, and it was agreed that a response would be provided by January 31, 2013.
