PSEG Nuclear LLC, the licensee for Hope Creek Generating Station, submitted a summary of results from the boroscopic examinations, ultrasonic thickness measurements, and leakage detections from penetrations associated with license conditions 2.C.26 and 2.C.27.
The NRC staff has reviewed the information submitted by PSEG, and based on this review, determined additional information is required to completed the assessment of the submitted information. Please find attached a Request For Additional Information. Please respond to me by Monday, January 30, 2013, and advise if you desire to hold a teleconference to discuss the question. The NRC staff requests a response to the attached RAI by February 25, 2013.
