Report KLD TR-494, Oconee Nuclear Station, Development of Evacuation Time Estimates, Revision 1, November 2012 Section IV.4 of Reference 1 requires, in part, that nuclear reactor power licensees develop an ETE analysis using the most recent decennial census data, and to submit this report within 365 days of the later of the date of the availability of the most recent decennial census data or December 23, 2011.
This submittal comprises the aforementioned 365-day response for ONS. The enclosure (Reference 2) is the ETE analysis for ONS, using U.S. Census Bureau data files for the year 2010. The enclosure is provided electronically via CD-ROM.
This submittal contains no regulatory commitments.
