Evacuation Time Estimates The purpose of this correspondence is to provide the Evacuation Time Estimate (ETE) analysis for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant. 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section IV.4 requires submittal of an ETE analysis using the most recently available decennial census date within 365 days of December 23, 2011. Three hundred and sixty five days after December 23, 2011 falls on December 22, 2012. Since December 22, 2012 is a Saturday, the report is due on December 24, 2012.
