Salem 2012 Exam: Operation Exam Comments Scenarios ESG-1: Event 3 should be a "C" for RO/PO in addition to being an "R" for all.

ESG-4: Combine Events 3&4 - no operator actions associated with Event 3 Provide designation for the second critical task Admin JPMs Replace RO Admin for verifying quais.

RO Admin A 1-2 Step 5.3.1 F should be marked as a critical step.

System JPMs Sim A: Provide print out of initial rod positions Sim 0: Insert cue regarding PZR level alarms to be handle by another operator Sim E: Re-order steps and clarify for better evaluator use Sim F: Add "lAW section 5.1" in cue. Add cue to depressurize to - 7.0 psig.

Sim G: Add cue to return to AOP after immediate actions of E-O completed.

Sim H: Fix R-18 to read 1x1 0 5 on computer. In cue clarify that NCO is supporting RWO in field.
