RE: Davis-Besse ACRS Subcommittee Question Response -- Performance Improvement International Report Kent..... The letter is signed and I placed the Performance Improvement International Report in the mail this afternoon, with a CD that contains the report in an overnight UPS mailer to you.
Sorry for the delay... we only received the PII Report on Wednesday from the vendor.
Please let us know if there is anything else you need.
Happy Thanksgiving!

RE: Davis-Besse ACRS Subcommittee Question Response -- Performance Improvement International Report Steve:
We have a major problem on this (the ACRS) end with the PII report that was submitted for review. I have received comments from members such as useless, no value to our review at all because the report was heavily redacted, and we handle proprietary information all the time, why is this any different? I must admit, I knew this would happen, which is why I asked about the report myself. Im requesting that you send the un-redacted version of the PII report to the ACRS for review. As with all proprietary information we receive, the report WILL NOT be released to the public. I would like to remind you the person that has the most heartburn with the redacted report is Dr. Armijo, the Chairman of the ACRS.
Do not contact anyone else within the agency on this matter other than me (IOW, we can settle this issue without external involvement). Let me know how you will proceed in resolving this issue.

RE: Davis-Besse ACRS Subcommittee Question Response -- Performance Improvement International Report The version of the report provided by FENOC letter dated May 14, 2012, was marked-up by the vendor, Performance
2 Improvement International, to redact certain proprietary information, and make the document a non-proprietary version suitable for access by the public.
