This letter is to inform you that effective December 16,2012, Mr. Jessie F. Quichocho was assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 11-2, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Mr. Quichocho assumes all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Mr. Douglas A. Broaddus regarding the following Tennessee Valley Authority plants:
Bellefonte Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2; Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1, 2, and 3; Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2; and Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2.
