The Facility received the RAI on 11/30 (issue date 11/21).
I have reviewed the scope of the RAI and I believe I can generate the answers in a reasonable period.
However with the pending holidays and the need for internal review of my answers, I will not be able to provide a docketed response within the 30 day from date of the letter specified in the RAI.
Since, I hope you get some time off for the holidays, I suspect you werent planning on reviewing the response on 12/22.
Would you find a mid-January response date acceptable?
