NOTIFICATION OF TRANSPORTATION OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL QUANTITIES OF CONCERN PURSUANT TO ORDER EA-09-204
Dear Mr. Daly:
By letter dated July 19, 2012, ZionSolutions (ZS) notified the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissino (NRC) of ZS intent to ship Radioactive Material Quantities of Concern (RAMQC) as required by NRC Order EA-09-204, "Increased Controls for Licensees that Possess Sources Containing Radioactive Material Quantities of Concern."
On July 19, 2005, the NRC issued Order EA-05-006, Issuance of Order for Additional Security Measures on the Transportation of Radioactive Material Quantities of Concern, to Zion Nuclear Power Station. You are reminded to comply with the requirements of this Order for the shipment of RAMQC.
