Request for Withholding Proprietary Information to Support Establishing An Electronic Reading Room Collection (eRoom)

ZionSolutions, LLC (ZS) will provide the Nuclear Regulatory Commission information owned by Konecranes to aid in the review of the proposed license amendment submitted in "Request for Amendment to Approve Methods of Analysis, use of the Upgraded Fuel Handling Building Crane System as a Single-Failure Proof Crane and Approval of a NUREG 0612 Compliant Heavy Loads Handling Program," (ZS 2012-0212), dated May 31, 2012 that regards modifications to the fuel building crane and reinstatement of a program for the control of heavy loads.

The Konecranes information is composed of a large number of technical documents (drawings, calculations, etc.), and will be shared via a password protected file sharing website (an eRoom).

Konecranes considers all Konecranes provided information that is posted to the website related to the proposed amendment to be proprietary as a trade secret. It is, therefore, requesting this information to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.

Attachment I to this letter consists of KONECRANES PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AFFIDAVIT pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390. The Affidavit, signed by Konecranes as owner of the information, sets forth the basis for which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in 10 CFR 2.390(b)(4). All documents within the scope of this affidavit shall be posted to the website with the cover of each document marked as proprietary.
