There is evidence that the RWST processing skid operated in November of 2009 spilled RWST water to Spill Reports the MOB yard area adjacent to the Unit 2 PAB.

Condition Reports This spill was communicated to the NRC, NYSDEC Spills & Leaks 10CFR50.75(g) and stakeholders .

As a result of the Fleet NEI assessment corporate has issued HQN-2010-0207 to document these findings .
