On June 4, 2012, STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) submitted our revised 60-day response and 90-day response to Reference 1 describing our alternate course of action and providing written responses to information requests (References 2 and 3).

This letter supplements Reference 2 and includes as an enclosure an assessment of the current communications systems and equipment used during an emergency event. The information provided in the enclosure to this letter completes the responses to the requested actions and requested information contained in the Communications portion of Enclosure 5, Recommendation 9.3: Emergency Preparedness, as provided in Reference 1.

A summary of the status of previous commitments related to the Communications portion of Recommendation 9.3 is provided in Attachment 2.
