The date of storage was September 7, 2012, and the cask load number was 124. The cask model is the Standardized NUHOMS 24PHB and the dry storage canister identification number is ONS-24PHBL-HZ124. The physical storage location at Oconee Nuclear Station's Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation is Module E-58.
