Inspection Scope The NSIR headquarters staff performed an in-office review of the latest revision of an Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure (EPIP) located under ADAMS accession number ML12129A106 as listed in the Attachment.
The licensee transmitted the EPIP revision to the NRC pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section V, Implementing Procedures. The NRC review was not documented in a safety evaluation report and did not constitute approval of licensee-generated changes; therefore, this revision is subject to future inspection. The specific documents reviewed during this inspection are listed in the Attachment.

Inspection Scope The NSIR headquarters staff performed an in-office review of the latest revision of the Emergency Plan located under ADAMS accession number ML12076A055 as listed in the Attachment.
The licensee determined that in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q), the changes made in the revision resulted in no reduction in the effectiveness of the Plan, and that the revised Plan continued to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 50.
The NRC review was not documented in a safety evaluation report and did not constitute approval of licensee-generated changes; therefore, this revision is subject to future inspection.
