Dear Sir:

By letter dated July 13, 2012 (Reference 1), Exelon Generation Company, LLC submitted the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station's Physical Security Plan (PSP), Training and Qualification Plan (T&QP), and Safeguards Contingency Plan (SCP), Revision 12. In Reference 2, the NRC requested additional information involving the Reference 1 submittal. The attachment provides the responses to the RAIs.

The attachment contains sensitive, unclassified (non-safeguard) information in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, 'Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding.'

As such, Exelon requests that the information contained in the attachment be withheld from public disclosure.
