The referenced letter transmitted the NRC final determination for a Security-Related Greater than Green finding and Notice of Violation (NOV). The letter required Southern California Edison (SCE) to submit a written statement or explanation to the NRC within 30 days of the date of the letter. The enclosure to this letter, which contains security-related information, provides the required response to the NOV. This letter does not contain any new commitments.
