Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-71 and DPR-62 Docket Nos. 50-325 and 50-324 Submittal of Technical Specification Bases Revisions Ladies and Gentlemen:
As specified by Technical Specification (TS) 5.5.10 for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP), Unit Nos. I and 2, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L), is providing the latest changes to the TS Bases for each BSEP unit. These updates are being provided in the form of a complete, electronic copy of the TS Bases for each BSEP unit and are contained in the enclosed CD-ROM. The enclosed TS Bases include those changes that have been incorporated since the last submittal of TS Bases revisions to the NRC (i.e.,
Revisions 74 through 80 to the BSEP, Unit 1 TS Bases and Revisions 71 through 76 to the BSEP, Unit 2 TS Bases).
No regulatory commitments are contained in this letter. Please refer any questions regarding this submittal to Mr. Lee Grzeck, Acting Supervisor - Licensing/Regulatory Programs, at (910) 457-2487.
