Belcher (NMPNS) to Document Control Desk (NRC), dated June 13, 2011, Response to Sections III.B and III.C of NRC Order EA-1 1-081 (c) Answer to the May 25, 2011 Commission Order Requiring Implementation of Additional Security Measures and Fingerprinting for Unescorted Access for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (EA-1 1-081), dated June 13, 2011 By letter dated May 25, 2011 (Reference a), the NRC issued Order EA-11-081 to Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, LLC (NMPNS) regarding additional security measures (ASMs) for the NMPNS Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). The Order imposes requirements as set forth in Attachments 1 and 2 to the Order, and requires responses and actions within timeframes specified in Sections III.A, III.B, and III.C of the Order. NMPNS consented to the Order in References (b) and (c).

Document Control Desk August 8, 2012 Page 2 Section III.C.2 of the Order requires that NMPNS report to the Commission when it has achieved full compliance with the requirements described in Attachments 1 and 2 of the Order. This letter provides notification to the NRC that NMPNS is in full compliance with the requirements described in Attachments 1 and 2 of the Order.Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact John J.
