In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.55(a)(3)(ii), STP Nuclear Operating Company submitted a request for relief from IWA-5250 of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (Reference above). Section 3.0 of the request, "Applicable Code Requirement,"
contained an incorrect IWA reference.
Section 3.0 states: "ASME Section Xl, IWA-5250(a)(3) requires that the source of leakage be evaluated for repair or replacement in accordance with IWA-4000 or IWA-7000." This sentence should read, "ASME Section XI, IWA-5250(a)(3) requires that the source of leakage be evaluated for repair or replacement in accordance with IWA-4000."
