REGULATORY CONFERENCE AND PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE, DOCKET NO. 50-400
Dear Mr. Hamrick:
This letter confirms a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for August 24, 2012, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of the meeting is to present to the NRC your perspectives on the facts and assumptions used by the NRC to arrive at the findings listed in inspection report 05000400/2012007 and their significance. The meeting, which is being conducted at your request, will also give you the opportunity to provide your perspective on the apparent violations and any other information you believe the NRC should take into consideration before making an enforcement decision.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs Agency wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
