acceptance review results - accepted In accordance with Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) Office Instruction LIC-109, Acceptance Review Procedures, Revision 1,the staff of the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR) has completed the acceptance review of the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) June 13, 2012 application regarding a milestone change to the Cyber Security Plan implementation schedule (ADAMS Accession No. ML12171A461). The NSIR staff has found the application acceptable for review.

If additional information is needed for the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to complete its technical review, you will be advised by separate correspondence.
