Dear Members of the TSTF:
By letter dated February 22, 2012 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML12054A060), you submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval Traveler TSTF-454, Revision 2, Extend PCIV Completion Times (NEDC-33046).
Section 170.21 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations requires that Travelers are subject to fees based on the full cost of the review. You did not request a fee waiver; therefore, NRC staff hours will be billed accordingly.
The NRC staff has completed a preliminary review of your submission and determined it is sufficiently complete and appropriate to initiate a more comprehensive review. The review of Traveler TSTF-454 will generally follow the schedule below.
