OFFICE OF SECRETARY RULEMAKINGS AND ADJUDICATIONS STAFF I live near the Oyster Creek Nuclear Plant in Ocean County NJ.
So does my daughter and her family.
I know it is an old plant quite like Fukushima.
I know that it is not very well protected from terrorist attacks.
I know it is scheduled for closing within a decade or so.
With that said, I would also like to know there is a useful, up to date emergency evacuation plan in place for the safety of all of us who live here.
Let's behave like a first world, first class country and put our money to work to best manage our safety.
