2011 Annual Non-Radiological Environmental Operating Report In accordance with Section 5.4.1 of Appendix B, "Environmental Protection Plan," of the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Operating License, enclosed is WBN's 2011 Annual Non-Radiological Environmental Operating Report (ANEOR). This report, which addresses the period from February 7, 2011, through February 6, 2012, is required to be submitted within 90 days following each anniversary of issuance of the plant operating license with the period of the first report beginning with the date of issuance of the operating license. Since WBN's operating license date of issuance is February 7, 1996, this 2011 report is due May 6, 2012. However, since this May 6 submission due date falls on a Sunday, the next Federal working day (May 7) becomes the official due date.
