Dear Mr. Freeman:
By letter dated May 7, 2012 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession 1\\10. ML121220297), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) granted withholding information from public disclosure as requested by NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra) pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Part 2, Section 2.390{a)4 for the following Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) document:
L TR-SGMMP-1 1-28 Rev. 1 P-Attachment, "Response to USNRC Request for Additional Information Regarding the License Amendment Requests for Permanent Application of the Alternate Repair Criterion, H*, to the Model D5 and Model F [steam generators] SGs" (Proprietary).
Subsequent to issuance of the letter dated May 7,2012, the NRC staff identified an error in the first paragraph of the letter. The third line, which stated "NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (Exelon)," incorrectly had Exelon in parentheses. NextEra should be in parentheses.
