Comments on Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) - 10 CFR Part 50 - Station Blackout (Docket ID NRC-2011-0299)
The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published the Subject ANPR in the Federal Register on March 20, 2012 (77 FR 16175).
In the referenced Federal Register Notice, the NRC solicited comments on the ANPR by May 4, 2012. The Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) has sponsored an industry working group that has assembled and provided comments on the ANPR on behalf of the nuclear industry.
Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) provided its comments on the ANPR through the NEI team. As such, TVA supports and endorses the comments made by NEI on behalf of the nuclear industry. To avoid unnecessary duplication, those comments will not be repeated In this letter.
