Revised Final Status Survey Report, Attachments 7, 8, and 9, for the Plum Brook Reactor Facility, Licenses Nos. TR-3, Docket No. 50-30 and R-93, Docket No, 50-185 As a result of comments from the NRC Staff received via electronic mail on December 22, 2011, we have revised the previously submitted Attachments 7, 8, and 9 of the Final Status Survey Report for the Plum Brook Reactor Facility. Revisions Attachment 13 made in response to the Staff comments were previously submitted under cover letter dated January 18, 2012.

Our written response to the staff's comments was submitted under a separate cover letter dated February 2, 2012. Enclosed for your review are the revised attachments incorporating our responses to your comments.
