REFERENCE:
Reference (a) requires notification to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, of the date of the completion of the merger between Constellation Energy Group, Inc. and Exelon Corporation, LLC. Exelon Corporation is aware that we are providing you this notification and will receive a copy of this letter.
We were notified of approval of the merger by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on March 9, 2012. This was the final regulatory approval needed to proceed with the merger.
The merger was completed on March 12, 2012.
