3. Initial Condition: The plant is at 100% power. HP reports water leakage in the "A" RHR pump room.
4. Initiating Cue: You are to walk-down and inspect the "A" RHR pump and piping. In preparation for this you are to:
  • Detennine which, of the two provided survey maps, is the conect survey map to use
  • Detennine which, of the two provided RWPs, is the conect RWP to use
  • Assuming you remain on the East Side of the pump casing, calculate the maximum stay time before the MG-DRD alanns on Dose Limit.
  • State your required actions if the MG-DRD alanns on Dose Limit.
