Dear Mr. Gillespie:
This letter is to acknowledge receipt of your February 27, 2012, letter in response to the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Notice of Violation dated January 26, 2012. In your letter, you identified the corrective actions that your company has taken or plans to take to address the violation. The NRC has reviewed the corrective actions and has no further questions at this time. The actions your staff has taken, and plans to take, to address the violations will be examined during a future inspection.
In accordance with Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
