Dear Mr. Hay:
In accordance with the referenced letter, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) requests a Regulatory Conference to present our perspectives on the facts and assumptions used by the NRC to arrive at the preliminary white finding and its significance. APS has contacted NRC Region IV and is working with the staff to establish a suitable date for the Regulatory Conference.
No commitments are being made to the NRC by this letter.
