This letter provides the nineteenth response to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC")
letters dated February 26, 2011 and May 24, 2011 in the above docket. There have been no new developments since our eighteenth response dated February 7, 2012.
Since the February 7, 2012 letter, Aerotest met with each of the three potential purchasers and is currently evaluating their offers.
Aerotest will provide its next update by March 6, 2012.
