North Anna AIT
- John, Thanks again for participating on the North Anna AIT. If you could pis. meet with Yong Li and George Thomas on Monday morning to obtain some background of the issues, I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, pls submit your travel asap, so that we can get you approved for your travel.
Pis. confirm that you will be able to support the AIT, per the schedule that Mark Franke has provided in his email below. Mark has indicated that it will best serve the team that the same members stay on the AIT for the 3 weeks and also provide input to the inspection report. PIs let us know if this is going to be a problem with your current workload.

Pis see Mark's email below regarding travel plans/schedule. PIs submit your travel on Monday morning. Mark requests that you be at the site on Tuesday morning for badging at 7 am; internal meeting is scheduled for 8 am; and entrance meeting for 9 am.
Mark also requested that if possible, you try to obtain NRC site access training on Monday or next week, upon your return to the office. Otherwise, they will ensure that you get escorted.
As far as TAC No., pls use the following inspection report number: North Anna AIT inspection report number is 06000338, 339/201.101 f.

AlT schedule Welcome to the North Anna Earthquake AIT Well look to have a prep meeting/conference call on Monday at 1000 (I'll get the call info to you).
For travel purposes, please plan on the following preliminary schedule.
Week 1 - Onsite inspection: Travel on 8/29. The entrance meeting will be morning of 8/30. Licensee opens badging at 0700.
Week 2 - In-office inspection Week 3 - Onsite inspection: Finish AIT inspection. Exit meeting on 9/16 The Charter and other information will be forthcoming. For now, please go ahead and familiarize yourself with MD 8.3 and more importantly IP 93800.
