Additional Questions on Appendix HH Item 98 Justin:
Item 2.h reads as follows:
In Section 2.5.3, IV&V Phase Summary Report and Software Release Records are given as outputs of the implementation phase. Please confirm if WNA-VR-00283-WBT P, Rev. 4 (ML110770540) is the appropriate IV&V Phase Summary Report Record. Please provide a reference for Software Release Records documents and submit on docket.
I have two questions:
- 1. The IV&V Phase Summary Final Report is Revision 5. I cannot find where we submitted this revision and the questions refer to Revision 4. Please let us know if you have any record of receiving Revision
- 5. If not, we will expedite submittal of Revision 5.
- 2. For the last sentence highlighted above, is this is a request to submit the Software Release Records on the docket, or for us to submit a list of the SRRs on the docket? The SRRs are 100% proprietary documents and it will be much quicker to make them available at the Westinghouse Rockville office.
Please let us know how to proceed (submit on the docket or make available in Rockville) so we can provide appropriate direction to Westinghouse.
