MO River Level at Brownville This is latest observed level of 899.62' MSL at Brownville. CNS measured 896.2' MSL at midnight last night. US Hwy 136 to the plant from MO side remained passable at the 40.74 ft level. So, Judging from this forecast, it should not go under water until Saturday. I-29 fromRockport to Nebraska City is expected to close due to flooding from the north levee breach yesterday of the Nishnabotna River, tributary to MO River, at Hamburg, IA.
