41 Brown Road West Winchester, TN, 37398 General Comment It is my understanding that TVA's nuclear power plants cannot withstand a 7 or great earthquake. Please rethink continuing to build/refurbish such a power plant until such time as one can be built to withstand a severe earthquake. Watts Bar is not so very far away from the New Madrid fault line.
