B-107 AMENDMENT NO. 7 Effective February 10, 2012, Indemnity Agreement No. B-107, between Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc., Georgia Power Company, Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, City of Dalton, Georgia and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated August 21, 1986, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
