Errata for SAND2008-6601: Analysis of Main Steam Isolation Valve leakage in Design Basis Accidents Using MELCOR 1.8.6 and RADTRAD

1. Chapter 1, second paragraph. As seen in Figure 1-1 actually refers to the un-numbered figure on the previous page.

2. Equation 1.2. The definition of R* should be changed to the ratio of MELCOR containment (drywell) airborne concentrations to the NUREG-1465 containment airborne concentrations

3. The first digit of references to equations in chapter 5 of the text should be 5 instead of 6.

For example, the paragraph preceding equation 5.3 lists references to equations 6.1 through 6.5. The actual equations being referenced are 5.1 through 5.5.

4. Equation 5.4 should indicate mass flow rate = flow rate (in standard cubic feet per hour) x density (at standard conditions). e.g.
