NOTIFICATION OF RELOCATION OF U. S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGION IV OFFICES

Dear Mr. Dietrich,

On December 16, 2011, the Region IV offices will be relocated to another building in Arlington, Texas. Beginning December 16, 2011, all routine correspondence should be sent to the following address:

U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region IV 1600 East Lamar Boulevard Arlington, TX 76011-4511 Should you visit Region IV, visitors will be registered by and receive a Region IV visitor badge from the NRC receptionist office located on the 1st floor of the building. The NRC is the sole occupant of the building.

The telephone extensions for NRC staff members will remain the same as currently being used; however, the dialing prefix will change to (817) 200-1xxx. If you are unable to reach an NRC staff member, the main switchboard telephone number is (817) 200-1100. Should you or your staff have any questions or require additional information, please contact me at (817) 860-8173 before December 16, 2011, or (817) 200-1173, December 16, 2011 and later.
