This revision conforms to Section XI of the 1977 Edition of the ASME Code through and including the Summer 1978 Addenda.
It will govern the conduct of the Section XI Inservice Inspection and Testing Program over the second ten year interval of operation of the Monticello Nuclear Gen erating Plant.
This program will be placed into effect on June 30, 1981.
Also attached for NRC Staff review and approval is an additional Request for Relief related to the schedule for leak testing valves in the current program (program expiring June 29, 1981).
This additional Request for Relief should be entered as Revision 7 to the current program manual.
The purpose of this request is to permit valve leakage tests to be accomplished during maintenance outages as well as refueling outages.
The maximum interval between tests (two years) remains unchanged.
These revisions are being submitted for NRC Staff review and approval in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.55a(g).
Attached is one copy of the Licensing Fee Determination and a check in the amount of $4000.00 as required by 10 CFR Part 170, Section 170.22.
