13732 217th Ave SE Issaquah, WA, 98027 71" General Comment It is crucial that the EIS includes a comprehensive disclosure of risks to health, safetey and environment, including risks of catastrophic events such as what happened in Japan. A full range of possible events and their impacts must be examined, not just those that impact the immediate surrounding of air, animals, natural resources. Even though a separate process must be followed to permit the use of the experimental plutonium (that was used in Fukushima) this EIS must disclose the risks of using this Plutonium so that the public understands what is at stake in granting the renewal of Columbia Generating Station.
