ME6133, ME6134, and ME6135), dated August 18, 2011 In response to the reference letter, Duke Energy is providing notification to the NRC that additional time will be needed to respond to the Request for Additional Information (RAI) questions associated with planned modifications to enhance the capability of the ONS site to withstand the postulated failure of the Jocassee Dam. This additional time is required to properly incorporate significant executive management comments received on draft responses to the RAI questions. As such, Duke Energy will submit the responses to the subject RAI questions by October 17, 2011.
