This document contains the reporting requirements for the third refueling outage of the second period in the fourth ten-year inservice inspection interval for Surry Unit 2.

This evaluation determined the bolting and component to be acceptable for continued service.

B-P,B15.60 2-RC-P-1C During the performance of an ASME Section XI system pressure test (2-PT-11), boric acid was discovered on the flange of 2-RC-P-1 C as a result of seal leakage. (CA203790)

Code Case N-566-2 was used to perform an evaluation of the bolting and component material.

This evaluation determined the bolting and component to be acceptable for continued service.
