This document contains the reporting requirements for the third refueling outage of the second period in the fourth ten-year inservice inspection interval for Surry Unit 2.

Code Case N-566-2 was used to perform an evaluation of the bolting and component material.

This evaluation determined the bolting and component to be acceptable for continued service.
