- Leslie, Mike and I divided up the comments in your Word document and are working on generating draft responses.
Steve Klementowicz and Ray Gallucci provided draft responses to some comments.
EPA letter is in ADAMS--ML110060287.
SHPO. I called the NJ SHPO and spoke with Vincent Maresca (609-633-2395, vincent.maresca(cdep.state.ni.us). I explained that license renewal and the ESP are separate undertakings.
He asked me if I could send him a follow-up e-mail to put it in writing, which I did (cc: you). He replied to my e-mail (cc: you) saying that the SHPO has determined that license renewal will not adversely affect historic properties. I added his e-mail to ADAMS (ML110120502).
OGC review of highlighted section in chapter 4. I e-mailed Brian Harris on Wednesday and talked to him on the phone about it. He said he would take a look at it and will review the other comment responses when they are ready.
The letter from the NJ Department of Environmental Protection is now in ADAMS (ML110060284). I have not yet checked this for additional comments.
