RE: Aquatic/terrestrial (Dillard versus Duda) Staff sounds to me like even more of a reason why the sections in the various resource areas should be drafted before the site audit. Reviewers need to know where the "data gaps" are, what questions to ask, and if the "Dillard draft / Duda review" work process is producing acceptable results.
I don't know the details, but would reasonably expect the SOW to state that AECOM would use qualified staff/key contributors.

RE: Aquatic/terrestrial (Dillard versus Duda) Staff Dennis & Andy, Unless you have a major objection to who AECOM is proposing to write the section, let's go forth with this Dillard. You can request that Duda be involved early in the strategizing process to ensure a quality product.
Btw, if you do have strong objections, we'll need to go into some sort of arbitration with them pver the terms of the contract SOW... not my preference...

Aquatic/terrestrial (Dillard versus Duda) Staff
- Bobbie, Just a verification. One of our staff noticed that Steve Dillard was assigned to both aquatic/terrestrial. The question was posed that Steve Dillard is essentially a terrestrial ecologist, while Steve Duda is essentially an aquatic biologist. Please verify that there is no mistake in the matrix and that Dillard will be handling both disciplines?
