Status of fact check documents release John/Karen, The documents for review by Peach Bottom and Surry will not be available for transmittal to the licensees today. I do not have the release to transfer the documents yet, as had been previously anticipated for this afternoon. Please communicate to the licensees that this delay does not affect the amount of time they will each be given to conduct their reviews of the information. They will be given two full weeks to complete their reviews, as was discussed in our teleconferences last week.
My intent remains to transmit the documents via e-mail to Rich Guzman and copies to each of you, once I have the official release from RES. We continue to pursue that release on this end.
