The NRC staff (Staff) has become aware that Attachment 1 to the Staffs Hearing File Index -
Supplement 31, dated August 31, 2011, incorrectly repeated the identification numbers (ID
- s) used in the Staffs previous supplement to the hearing file, Hearing File Index -
Supplement 30, dated August 1, 2011.
Enclosed herewith is a corrected version of Attachment 1 to Hearing File Supplement 31, in which the ID #s have been changed from 30-XXX to 31-XXX, in order to provide a unique log number for each document. No other changes have been made to the log, nor have any changes been made to the log of privileged documents (Attachment 2 to Hearing File Supplement 31). This correction of the log does not impact the availability of the listed documents through the electronic hearing docket or the Agency Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
