The DC electrical power system provides normal and emergency DC electrical power for the DGs, emergency auxiliaries, and control and switching during all MODES of operation.

Conclusion:
Determine OPERABLE/INOPERABLE XXXXX Operable Inoperable Basis (provide discussion): The measured voltage exceeds Tech Spec Surveillance 3.8.6 specification limit of >2.07 V.
The cell voltage will be trended by engineering in acrrd~nc-P with LCS 3.8.106 condhitie C.

Description:==
2B008 failed pilot cell voltage The LCS checks che fuLl-flr)at op'eration of the battery charger serving to maintain the battery in a fully charged condition as well as to supply power to the normal loads.
This assists in maintaining a battery that is capable of satisfying its design requirements.
There was a failure to satisfy the Surveillance requirements for the LCS and thus the LCS requires additionally actions to accommodate this check.
- However, the battery remains fully qualified to perform its specified function.
A separate notification has been written tc.
facilitate the engineering trend action as required per the LCS condition C.

This IOD is a duplicate of the IOD being monitoring on notification 200834923.
Notification 200834923 also contains the approved POD and thus this notification should be used as the primary means of tracking the 2B008 battery issues. On this basis this IOD can be cancelled.

Attachment 3 of SO23-i-).92 wili te performed taking all cell voltages.
Battery 25008 Cell 413 needs to be replaced due to continued degradation after battery bank equalizing charge.
Several NMOs were generated to replace the degraded cell so that the battery can perform its specified safety function.
The NMOs are:
